Please find below You find a list of independent teachers of Transcendental Meditation. All of them have completed the TM teacher training course and are authorized to teach TM.
How do I know that I am initiated according to traditional rules ?
Learning TM includes the following steps:
- An introductory lecture, in which You are informed about the nature of the TM technique and about the effects You can expect on body, mind, soul and environment.
- A personal talk, mostly following the introductory lecture
- A Puja - a short ceremony in sanskrit performed by the teacher right before teaching You the meditation technique.
- Basic course of Transcendental Meditation on four consecutive days.
- Another short seminar a fortnight later.
These are the steps that garantee a solid learning of Your meditation technique. You should be prepared to participate as scheduled.

Hier finden Sie die derzeit gültige Liste der unabhängigen Lehrer der Transzendentalen Meditation. Alle verfügen über eine abgeschlossene TM-Lehrer Ausbildung und sind autorisiert, TM zu lehren.
Wie kann ich sicher sein, dass die Initiation in die Meditation entsprechend der Tradition stattfindet ?
Das Lernen der TM beinhaltet die folgenden Schritte:
- Einen Einführungsvortrag über die Natur der TM und über die zu erwartenden Wirkungen auf Körper, Geist, Selle und Umgebung.
- Ein persönliches Gespräch, meist am Ende des Einführungsvortrages
- Eine Puja - eine kurze Zeremonie in Sanskrit. Der Lehrer führt sie unmittelbar vor dem Lernen der Meditation durch.
- Der Grundkurs der Transzendentalen Meditation an vier aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen.
- Ein weiteres kurzes Seminar etwa 2 Wochen apäter.
Dies sind die Schritte, die ein solides Lernen Ihrer Meditationstechnik sicherstellen. Sie sollten entsprechend vorbereitet sein und dem Lernen der TM genug Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit zuwenden.
